These terms cover your use of this website and your stay with us at Bradley Gardens Lodge, including dining at The Bradley Experience. By sending a booking request, making an enquiry, or visiting us, you’re agreeing to them.
We’ve written them in plain language, and we’re always happy to talk through anything that isn’t clear — call us on +263 77 934 5299 or write to reservations@bradleygardens.co.zw.
Making a booking request
This site works on a Request-to-Book basis. When you submit a booking request, you’re asking us to reserve a room — you’re not yet confirmed. We check availability and get back to you directly, by phone or email, to confirm the dates, rate, and details of your stay.
A booking becomes a confirmed reservation only once we’ve told you it is. Please hold off on finalising travel plans until you’ve heard back from us. If we can’t accommodate your request, we’ll say so as early as we can, and do our best to point you somewhere else that can help.
No payment is taken on this website. All payment is arranged directly with the lodge.
Rates and payment
Rates are shown in US dollars. The rate that applies to your stay is the one confirmed with your booking. Payment is made directly to the lodge; the accepted methods will be confirmed with you at that time.
Changes and cancellations
Plans change, and we understand that. If you need to amend or cancel a booking, let us know as early as you can — the sooner we hear from you, the more we can do to help. Any cancellation charge that applies will be confirmed with you when we confirm your booking, so you know exactly where you stand before you commit.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed with your booking. If you’re arriving outside those times, let us know in advance and we’ll do what we can to accommodate you.
During your stay
We want your stay to be a comfortable one, for you and for the guests around you. We ask that you treat the lodge, its grounds, and its staff with the same care you’d want shown to your own home.
Any damage caused during a stay is the responsible guest’s account to settle. If smoking or travelling with a pet is part of your plans, raise it with us when you book, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Children are welcome at Bradley Gardens Lodge.
Dining with us
The Bradley Experience is part of what makes a stay here worthwhile, and our kitchen team put real care into every plate that leaves it. If you have a particular request around food brought onto the property, speak to us when you book or on arrival, and we’ll talk it through with you.
Our liability
We take real care over your stay, but to the extent Zimbabwean law allows, we can’t accept liability for loss, damage, or injury beyond what’s reasonably within our control. Please look after your own valuables during your stay; speak to reception if you’d like guidance on safekeeping.
Circumstances beyond our control
Occasionally things happen that neither of us can control — power or water interruptions, extreme weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. Bradley Gardens Lodge runs on solar-backed power, which keeps us running through most interruptions, though we can’t guarantee an uninterrupted supply at all times. Where something beyond our control affects your stay, we’ll do what we reasonably can to put it right.
